You’ll complete a quick form to help us discover your goals, needs, and the overall creative direction.
Using your brief, we’ll develop custom resources to complete your project within the expected timeframe.
After review, we’ll discuss what’s working and what needs refining to get everything just right.
We’ll deliver assets that are ready to use, built to reflect your brand and support your goals.
Step 1 – Discover
To get started, you’ll complete a short questionnaire that helps us gather the essential details about your project. This includes your goals, visual preferences, any must-have content, links or references you’d like to share, and what success looks like to you.
Once you submit the questionnaire, we’ll review your answers carefully. If anything needs clarification, we’ll reach out either by email or with a quick Zoom call to make sure we are on the same page before the work begins. The goal here is to fully understand your needs before anything is designed, written or built.
Step 2 – Develop
Once the brief is approved, we’ll begin crafting your project using the information you’ve provided. This might involve developing a visual design, building a responsive web layout, writing original content, or preparing custom assets, depending on the type of deal you’ve selected.
During this phase, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll be working in the background, moving through each deliverable included in your order. This stage focuses on bringing your project to life in a way that reflects your brand and purpose, while also keeping everything clean, clear and easy to use.
Step 3 – Discuss
When the first version is ready, you’ll receive a link to view your project. This is your chance to see how everything has come together and provide your feedback.
We’ll go through revisions based on what’s included in your order. Some projects come with one round of revision, others include more. You’ll be able to make notes, ask questions or request changes. This is a collaborative stage, created to make sure you’re happy with how everything looks and functions.
Step 4 – Deliver
Once you’ve approved the final version, we’ll prepare your files or publish your finished project. If it’s a website, you’ll receive a live link and access instructions. If it’s a design or content pack, you’ll receive download links for all final files.
I’ll also include any helpful notes or suggestions so you can use your new assets with confidence. Everything is yours to use freely, and if you ever need help or have questions, you’re welcome to get in touch.
