1. Overview

Zvita Multimedia offers digital design, branding and content services through time-limited deals and creative packages. Each project is delivered based on the scope outlined at the time of purchase. These terms apply to all services provided by Zvita Multimedia, including one-page websites, social media packs, and custom design products.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless a payment plan or alternative arrangement has been offered in writing. Your spot is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Each deal includes a clearly defined scope of work. Any additional requests or revisions outside this scope may require a separate quote.

3. Client Responsibilities

After purchase, you’ll receive a link to complete a project questionnaire. This form must be filled out within 7 days to begin your project. If we don’t receive your information within 14 days, your project may be delayed or placed on hold.

You agree to provide accurate, timely and complete information during the briefing process. Zvita Multimedia is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or missing information.

4. Project Timeline

Once your brief is submitted and approved, your project will be scheduled for production. Standard turnaround is 5 to 10 business days unless otherwise stated.

If your project includes feedback or revision rounds, timely responses are expected to keep the project on track. Extended delays may result in your project being paused or rescheduled.

5. Revisions and Approval

Most deals include one round of revision unless otherwise stated. Revisions must be requested within 5 days of receiving the first draft. Additional revisions outside of the deal may be billed separately.

Once final approval is received, all files will be delivered and the project will be considered complete.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital and custom nature of the work, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun. If you wish to cancel before the briefing process starts, please get in touch immediately.

In rare cases where a project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds or credit toward future work may be offered at Zvita Multimedia’s discretion.

7. File Delivery and Ownership

You will receive final files in the format agreed upon at purchase. All final designs and content are yours to use as you wish. Zvita Multimedia retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or promotional material unless you request otherwise in writing.

Source files may be available upon request, depending on the deal.

8. Communication

Project communication will take place via email. For scheduled reviews or clarification, Zoom or video calls may be arranged.

9. Updates to These Terms

Zvita Multimedia reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of any major changes if they affect an active project.
