Zvita Studio ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect

When you use the Book Call, Start Your Project, Contact, or Newsletter forms on this site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the content of your message, the services you're interested in, which stage you're at, your indicative budget range, and a good time to reach you. If you upload a brief or other documents with a project enquiry, we also receive those files and anything they contain. We don't collect payment details through this website.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a call, send newsletter content if you've opted in, and keep a record of enquiries so nothing gets lost. We don't use it for anything beyond what you'd reasonably expect from getting in touch with a studio.

3. How we store it

Form submissions, including any files you upload, are sent directly to our studio inbox and recorded in an access-restricted log on our web server. We then keep enquiry records and project files in secure, access-controlled cloud storage provided by an established third-party provider, and access is limited to Zvita Studio. We keep this information only for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver your project, or meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Some of the service providers we rely on (such as our website host, email and cloud storage providers) may store data on servers located outside Australia. We choose providers with strong security practices and take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we don't share it outside Zvita Studio except with these service providers, or where the law requires it.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed, how long people stay, which buttons and links are clicked, how far down each page people scroll, the type of device and browser used, and roughly where visits come from (country or city level, not your exact location). When you send us an enquiry, we also record that a form was sent and the options you ticked (for example your budget range or the services you're interested in), so we can see which parts of the site lead to conversations. This helps us improve the site. We never send your name, email address, phone number or anything you type in a message to Google Analytics.

Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, or make no choice, they stay off. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. We don't use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Google processes this information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Australia. You can read how Google handles data at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Newsletter and unsubscribing

We only add you to our newsletter if you tick the consent box and submit the signup form yourself. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing us (see below).

6. Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
