This website belongs to Zvita Studio, a content and strategy studio based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It exists to showcase our work and let people get in touch. It isn't a store, and no payments are taken through it.
2. Use of this website
You're welcome to browse and share this site. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse its content, design, or code for your own commercial purposes, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use its forms for anything other than a genuine enquiry.
3. Enquiries and bookings
The Book Call, Contact and Newsletter forms on this site are requests only. Submitting one does not confirm a booking, a call time, or an engagement with Zvita Studio. We'll follow up to confirm anything you've requested.
4. Our services
This website describes the kind of work we do and the packages we offer. The actual scope, price, and terms of any project are set out separately in a proposal or agreement between Zvita Studio and the client, and that document, not this page, governs the engagement.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website belong to Zvita Studio unless otherwise stated. Work shown in our portfolio remains the intellectual property of the relevant client or Zvita Studio, per the terms of that project, and is shown here with permission.

We've made every effort to keep this site accurate, but we make no guarantees about its completeness or availability, and we aren't liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits any right you have under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
